Background: Ryan has a solid track record of performance in both the product and service industries. He is skilled at developing and executing targeted business initiatives that drive customer growth, achieve sales objectives, and enhance bottom-line profits. He has worked extensively with small businesses in the consulting field and brings a wealth of background to your total marketing package. Having worked in the consulting field after graduation from Northern Arizona University, Ryan joined the Center for Business Outreach / Computer Training Center at Northern Arizona University in 1994. He was responsible for overall operations for the Center which conducted over 220 public and private business training programs annually. During his time at the Center revenues were more than quadrupled and he was awarded the NAU President’s Team Achievement Award. He also completed his Masters of Science in Management degree while with the Center. In 2007 Ryan joined Earth Tool Company as their Southwest Territory Manager and managed daily operations for a leading manufacturer of trenchless construction equipment with over $25 million in annual revenue. His primary focus was on driving revenue growth, increasing key and strategic accounts, and market penetration through 32 dealership locations across 12 states. In 2008 he was awarded their MVP Award for top percentage over goal of all territory managers.
